Over on the Forbes site, they have a short article re-capping most of the news we have reported on already this week. such as how the team sizes are changing and the like. However they do say this interesting bit, adding to the months long on going rumors Phantom Liberty will be a VERY large expansion. Here is the quote, comment below your thoughts;
 

While Phantom Liberty is late to arrive compared to when The Witcher 3 got its major DLCs, the implication here is that this is enough people working on it where it should be at least on the scale of those mega-expansions we’ve come to expect for CDPR. You can tell they really want to put a ton into it not just to sell copies (yes, it’s a paid expansion), but also to continue/finalize the narrative of Cyberpunk 2077 being redeemed, combined with all the other improvements that have been made since launch two years ago. You can see now how only a tiny portion of the studio is still working on fixing the base game.
