MojoPlays drops their top 10 predictions for Project Orion. While I don't think they are going to change cities I do like the idea of going to a different city in the NUSA. I also do hope they do a slew of new characters unlike what's suggested here. A few surviving characters from 2077 like Panam, Vik or Mr. Hands sure as a cameo but I'd like a mostly fresh set of characters and leave V dead where s/he belongs.
