Twitter user @lsmtih1981 aka "L." let me know of another "leak" this time by a Brazilian gaming influencer who according to him was allowed to film a few secs of Phantom Liberty footage. As  L. tells it all these "leaks" are being oversaw by CDPR and nothing is getting out they don't want to be. So again I use the term "leak" loosely. That said, this video is is FAR more clear than the last and shows V walking down a post apocalyptic like roadway, or in other words a new area in Pacifica.  Nothing overly exciting but nice to see a few secs of the new area. You can see the footage below.
